Here’s one more new statute affecting every Guadalupe Business Association member who has employees. SB-1383 was also signed by the Governor yesterday, and it expands the obligation for employers to grant leave of up to 3 months to any employee who needs time off to care for a family member [new baby, sick spouse, etc].
